We only accept cash payments on the day of the tour. You can pay in either US Dollars (USD) or local currency (GTQ). Please bring exact change if possible.

Transportation departs from a centralized meeting point, which can be at the Panajachel dock or another lakeside town. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the exact address, instructions, and a Google Maps link for the location.
Yes, the price includes round-trip transportation from our designated pick-up locations.
A moderate level of fitness is recommended, as the route includes uneven terrain and steady inclines. No technical experience is required, but you should be comfortable walking for a few hours.
